Safety Expertise. Practical Solutions. Stronger Workplaces.
Hi, my name is Celeste, and I’m a dedicated safety and health professional with a passion for helping organizations create safer, healthier, and more compliant workplaces.
My educational background includes three master’s degrees: a Master of Justice Administration from Tiffin University, a Master of Occupational Health specializing in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Toledo, and a Master of Public Health specializing in Epidemiology from the University of Toledo.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to experience workplace safety from multiple perspectives. I’ve helped healthcare organizations develop and strengthen safety and health training programs, while also working on the regulatory side as an OSHA Safety and Health Compliance Officer and Industrial Hygienist. These experiences have given me a unique understanding of both what organizations need to build effective safety programs and what regulators look for when evaluating workplace safety and compliance.
Through CDP Consulting LLC, my goal is to make safety and health more approachable, practical, and effective. I help organizations develop and strengthen the policies, procedures, programs, training, and safety systems they need to protect their employees and support their operations.
I believe safety shouldn’t be something businesses scramble to address after something goes wrong. It should be built into the way an organization operates every day.
As a working professional and mother, I understand that behind every workplace are real people, real families, and real lives. That perspective is at the heart of the work I do.
My mission is simple: to help organizations protect their people, strengthen their workplaces, and build a culture where safety is more than a requirement—it’s a priority.
